  5. Bake at 180° till done. Cut cake in half (across).
  6. Whip up fresh cream till soft peaks form. Sweeten if desired.
  7. Spread whipped cream between cakes.
  8. Melt chocolate on a double boiler. Once melted remove from heat and whisk in little Nestle tin cream at a time till desired consistency..note that the more cream you add the thinner the ganache.
  9. Pour over cake...decorate as desired. I made 1/2 wholenut and 1/2 choc-mint.
